It’s part of a broader effort by some groups to raise money to help victims of a terrorist attack in Paris that killed at least 129 people, including 17 foreigners.

The attack has raised new concerns about the U.K.’s security and has sparked a renewed debate about how best to protect U.k. citizens living in the country.
